We ship USPS priority only which typically takes 3- 4 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping however, please call or email us to inquiry about the next day shipping option as we are not always able to meet this request depending on our work load for the day
Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST when requesting next day shipping, in order for the package to arrive the very next day. If your item is not in stock and you have ordered an item on backorder/pre order, please either give us a call or shoot us an email to get an estimated time frame on when your item will be shipped, as they all vary.

PRE ORDER POLICY
Pre orders typically take 2-3 weeks to ship, however Please contact us to check the status of when your pre order is scheduled to ship, they all vary depending on the date of purchase and the item. Not all pre orders ship in 1 week.
By placing this order, you are acknowledging that this product will not will not ship out until the fulfilment estimated date given the description, if there’s no date please contact one of our sales reps ([email protected]) or call us at: +18005610967. Also please note that if you purchase a pre ordered item and an in stock item in the same order, the full order will ship out together to avoid extra shipping charges unless you pay a seperate shipping fee. We advise you to order seperate from pre orders if you like your in stock items shipped right away.

Arrival shipping delays do not always happen, but sometimes they do, and we just want to set our customers expectations.
If in fact the international shipping delays that may occur, interfere with an upcoming event or deadline you are wishing to meet, you are welcomed to exchange for a different item in stock thats ready for immediate shipment or request a store a store credit.

- Complete Claim
You will receive your refund within 48 hours of the claim being filed.
