Shipping Policy 

(Due to covid and high volume orders, processing time will take 1-3 business days for your item(s) to process and ship. This applies for items that are in stock, and not on pre order 

We ship UPS ground, UPS 3day, UPS 2day, & UPS next day. All options are available at checkout. For express options, Orders must be placed before 2pm PST in order for the item to go out same day. All express orders placed after 2pm PST will go out the following business day.

If your item is not in stock and you have ordered an item on backorder/pre order, please either give us a call or shoot us an email to get an estimated time frame on when your item will be shipped, as they all vary.

DISCLAIMER: UPS and Ellaè Lisqué are two separate entities, we do not work for UPS nor have a partnership with UPS. Any shipping delays that may occur once your package is picked up from our showroom, we are not responsible for. However, we do hold UPS accountable. If  in the event your packages are ever lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will open  the claim with UPS for you and we guarantee a full refund. It takes UPS about 48 hours to get back to us, and takes about 5-7 business days for the refund to hit your account depending on the bank you are banking with.

International orders –

We proudly ship worldwide via UPS and soon to be Fedex.

Holiday Shipping 
During peak/holiday season shipping will now be an extra 2-3 business days. With Express orders there may be a delay of 1-2 business days.


Pre orders typically take 2-4 weeks to ship,  however Please contact us to check the status of when your pre order is scheduled to ship, they all vary depending on the date of purchase and the  item. Not all pre orders ship in 1 week. 

By placing this order, you are acknowledging that this product will not ship out until the fulfillment estimated date given the description, if there’s no date please contact one of our sales reps ([email protected]) or call us at: +18005610967. Also please note that if you purchase a pre ordered item and an in stock item in the same order, the full order will ship out together to avoid extra shipping charges unless you pay a seperate shipping fee. We advise you to order seperate from pre orders if you like your in stock items shipped right away. 

Disclaimer: If your pre order does not arrive on the estimated arrival date given, we at Ellaé Lisqué will not be held responsible. All of our designs are custom made in bulk production  in turkey Istanbul, due to unforeseen weather forecast changes that may occur a delay in shipments, or dhl custom holds, Ellaé Lisqué can not be help for any possible arrival delays. Arrival shipping delays do not always happen, but sometimes they do, and we just want to set our customers expectations.

If in fact the international shipping delays that may occur, interfere with an upcoming event or deadline you are wishing to meet, you are welcomed to exchange for a different item in stock thats ready for immediate shipment or request a store a store credit.


We allow exchanges within 7 days after order is received. If you wish to exchange your item, a store credit will be issued  to purchase same item or any other available on the website.
Please be mindful that the item ordered may or may not be available in time of exchange as Inventory stock fluctuates daily.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange process.
Due to COVID, we are allowing in person pick up’s and exchanges by appointments only, To schedule, please call or email.
