RETURN POLICY
NO Refunds. NO Returns.
Shipping Policy –

(Due to covid and high volume orders, processing time will take 1-3 business days for your item(s) to process and ship. This applies for items that are in stock, and not on pre order 

We ship USPS priority only which typically takes 3- 4 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping however, please call or email us to inquiry about the next day shipping option as we are not always able to meet this request depending on our work load for the day

Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST when requesting next day shipping, in order for the package to arrive the very next day. If your item is not in stock and you have ordered an item on backorder/pre order, please either give us a call or shoot us an email to get an estimated time frame on when your item will be shipped, as they all vary.

DISCLAIMER: USPS and Ellaè Lisqué are two separate entities, we do not work for USPS nor have a partnership with USPS, any shipping delays that may occur once package is picked up from our showroom, we are not responsible for. Ellae lisque can not be held responsible for lost packages or delayed deliveries. For any and all shipping updates please contact USPS with the tracking number we provided you. If in any event a package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS,  TRACKING & INSURANCE INCLUDED ON ALL PACKAGES

We proudly ship worldwide via DHL express.

PRE ORDER POLICY 

Pre orders typically take 1 week to ship,  however Please contact us to check the status of when your pre order is scheduled to ship, they all vary depending on the date of purchase and the  item. Not all pre orders ship in 1 week. 

EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow exchanges within 7 days after order is received. If you wish to exchange your item, a store credit will be issued  to purchase same item or any other available on the website.
Please be mindful that the item ordered may or may not be available in time of exchange as Inventory stock fluctuates daily.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange process.
IN PERSON PICK UP/EXCHANGES
Due to COVID, we are allowing in person pick up’s and exchanges by appointments only, To schedule, please call or email.
To start the process for an exchange or store credit, please provide the following information when shipping the garment back to our showroom:
