Refunds are made in the form of store credit. To request a return for a store credit click here.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant/perfume and the original tags must still be attached. Store credit will be issued in a gift card form, excluding the warranty fee if purchased and the shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

We will require some security information and the new address from you, and we will try our best to make the amendments before dispatch. However, please note that we may miss your request before dispatch, and we cannot guarantee the changes.
If your parcel has already been dispatched, you may contact the courier to see if they can assist. Please be aware that this could result in a delivery delay of up to 72 hours, and there is no guarantee that the courier will be able to edit your address.
