Returns and Refund Policy

Buyers may return items within 14 days of the delivery date if they’re unused, in resellable condition, in their original packaging, and have all original tags.

Returned items must be free from:

• Perfume & other distinct smells

Ellaè Lisquè reserves the right to reject items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or detached tags.

Approved returns receive store credit as a gift card. The store credit amount doesn’t include shipping, handling, or warranty fees. Sale items, clearance items, and mystery boxes are final sale; they’re not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. 

Ellaè Lisquè doesn’t offer direct exchanges because inventory is subject to change. Any exchange request is handled in the form of store credit.
