We ship UPS priority only which typically takes 3- 4 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping, however, please call or email us to inquiry about the next day shipping option as we are not always able to meet this request depending on our workload for the day
Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST when requesting next day shipping, in order for the package to arrive the very next day. If your item is not in stock and you have ordered an item on backorder/pre order, please either give us a call or shoot us an email to get an estimated time frame on when your item will be shipped, as they all vary.
CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS All Clearance and sale items are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange.

We proudly ship worldwide via UPS and their partners. There may be additional import fees charged not by us for international orders.
PRE ORDER POLICY
Pre orders typically take 1-4 weeks to ship, however Please contact us to check the status of when your pre order is scheduled to ship, they all vary depending on the date of purchase and the item. Not all pre orders ship in 1 week.
We allow exchanges within 7 days after order is received. If you wish to exchange your item, a store credit will be issued to purchase same item or any other available on the website. Please be mindful that the item ordered may or may not be available in time of exchange as Inventory stock fluctuates daily. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange process.
Due to COVID, we are allowing in person pick up’s and exchanges by appointments only, to schedule, please call or email.
