Refunds are made in the form of store credit. To request a return for a store credit click here.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant/perfume and the original tags must still be attached. Store credit will be issued in a gift card form, excluding the warranty fee if purchased and the shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

I bought this cute dress to wear to a closing, and while it was absolutely beautiful, it was just a tad short. I’m 5'11", so length matters. I really wish Ella Lisque offered a tall line or at least the option to order longer lengths for an additional fee. I’ve brought this up for years and I’m often told the pieces are “tall-friendly,” but there’s a big difference between pants being long enough and dresses having enough coverage. I genuinely love this brand, but most of the dresses are just too short for me to wear comfortably without leggings. I’d love to be able to show a little skin without worrying about exposing everything when I move. I definitely wouldn't be able to wear this to work, and oh how I would love too.
