Standard order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Pre-orders are processed within 1-4 weeks, subject to change based on availability.

We offer the following domestic UPS shipping options*:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®
  • UPS 3 Day Select®
  • UPS Next Day Air®
  • UPS® Ground

Orders with selected domestic expedited or overnight shipping must be placed before 12 PM PST. Rush delivery orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day.

Pre-orders are excluded from rush delivery.

Please be advised that if you place a NEXT DAY AIR order after 12 PM on Thursday or anytime on Friday, you will not receive your order until Monday.

Cancellations

Due to the quick turnaround time, we encourage you to review your cart before submitting. Please note that if you decide to cancel, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Clearance & Sale Items

All clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If any concerns arise, we strongly encourage reaching out to carrier services for additional information and updates. We understand that unfortunate situations take place during shipment. In the event your order is lost or stolen upon delivery, please file a claim with the carrier services within 48 business hours, having the tracking number ready.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1 to 4 weeks. Please note that all shipping dates are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or supply chain interruptions.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to check the status of your pre-order and when it is scheduled to ship based on the order date and availability.

Split Payments

Orders placed with ready-to-ship and pre-order item(s) are applicable to two shipping fees. To continue with a split shipment and have the items that are in stock fulfilled within our normal threshold, email us at info@ellaelisque.com or call us at 800-561-0967 to pay for a separate shipping fee.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your items, you must mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds are made in the form of a store credit. To request an exchange or store credit, click here.

All merchandise must be returned in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant/perfume, and the original tags must still be attached. Store credit will be issued in a gift card, excluding the warranty fee if purchased, and the shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

All sale/clearance and mystery boxes are final sale. No exchanges or store credit.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not accept exchanges as inventory is subject to change due to high demand. All exchanges are made in the form of store credit.

In-Person Pick Up & Exchanges 

Pick up or exchange orders are permitted by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, visit this link and book a time slot.

Showroom business hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM PST.
