Refunds are made in the form of store credit. To request a return for a store credit click here.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant/perfume and the original tags must still be attached. Store credit will be issued in a gift card form, excluding the warranty fee if purchased and the shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

The dress was absolutely amazing . For starters the packaging was fabulous ! I did take the dress to get alterations because I wanted it very fitted and to pair nicely with my shoes but I would’ve been ok without . I received massive amounts of compliments ! Loved it !
